(NMLS #250769) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with this website, michaelbrunelli.com (the “Site”), and the mortgage origination services we provide.

Michael Brunelli is a mortgage loan originator serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, originating residential mortgage loans through Innovative Mortgage Services, Inc., a licensed mortgage brokerage. Licensing for both can be verified at the NMLS Consumer Access website.

Inquiry details: information you choose to share about your home-financing goals, timeline, and situation.

COMPLAINT FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DEPARTMENT’S WEBSITE AT WWW.SML.TEXAS.GOV. A TOLL-FREE CONSUMER HOTLINE IS AVAILABLE AT 1-877-276-5550. THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECOVERY FUND, PLEASE CONSULT THE DEPARTMENT’S WEBSITE AT WWW.SML.TEXAS.GOV.

This website is not authorized by the New York State Department of Financial Services; no mortgage loan applications for properties located in New York will be accepted through this site. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
